Inspired by Chef Num’s Harvest Season menu, Christmas in Bloom brings the abundance of the season to a special dining journey on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. The experience draws on ingredients and flavours from across Thailand, giving familiar dates on the festive calendar a fresh culinary character.

There is something lovely about making a Christmas gathering a shared discovery. On Thursday, 31 December 2026, The Final Soirée begins that evening with an intimate appreciation of Thailand’s flavours, before guests join the wider excitement of the hotel’s countdown celebration.

Chef Num’s eleven-course journey brings together seasonal ingredients, inspirations from across the country and exclusive New Year creations. Dinner provides time to enjoy the details of the experience and the conversation around it. For a couple, it might be a moment to reflect on a year shared. For friends, it can be the final gathering before a new chapter begins. Each table brings its own story to the occasion.

A glass of Champagne is included, adding a celebratory note to an evening already full of anticipation. After dinner, guests are invited to Rotunda Lawn for the hotel’s countdown and views of the fireworks. The transition gives the night two complementary pleasures - a thoughtful dining journey at Sra Bua, followed by the excitement of welcoming 2027 together.
