Siam Kempinski Hotel Bangkok Presents a Summer-Inspired ‘Joyful Harvest Afternoon Tea’

Bangkok, 4 August 2025 – Siam Kempinski Hotel Bangkok celebrates the vibrant summer season with a creative collaboration featuring renowned Thai mixed-media artist Sasipan ‘Aura’ Siriporn, also known as ‘Aura CherryBag’. Guests are invited to indulge in a colourful afternoon tea experience, complemented by an exclusive silk-satin scarf designed by Aura herself. Available from today until 30 November 2025 at 1897 Lounge, this special afternoon tea is priced at THB 1,450++ per person.

The ‘Joyful Harvest Afternoon Tea’ draws inspiration from Aura’s joyful days spent in the secluded natural beauty of Tasmania, Australia. Known for its pristine air and fertile landscapes, Tasmania serves as her muse, where cultivating a backyard harvest brings her daily happiness.

‘There’s something incredibly grounding about life in Tasmania. I truly enjoy spending my time surrounded by Tasmania’s breathtaking nature, breathing in the fresh air and soaking up the sunshine. It has always been my dream to live this way’, shares Aura. ‘With this collaboration, I hope to inspire people to reflect on the beauty of our natural world through my designs.’

‘This is the first time I’ve worked with Siam Kempinski Hotel Bangkok, and with a hotel in general’, Aura adds. ‘I am truly delighted to be a part of this meaningful project and to raise awareness about the current state of our planet and its precious natural environment.’

Colour your afternoon with a delightful selection of sweet and savoury creations crafted by Executive Pastry Chef Franck Istel. The experience begins with a parade of sweet favourites, including Morello Cherry Compote with Madagascar Vanilla Cream, Green Apple with Maple Syrup, Sicilian Pistachio Chantilly, Raspberry Jelly, Chocolate Cake with Peanut Butter Mousse and Lime Fromage Blanc Mousseux with Strawberry Crémeux. Each treat showcases the elegance of French ingredients and pastry heritage.

Scone lovers can savour our signature vanilla and blueberry scones, served with house-made passion fruit curd, raspberry jam and Devonshire clotted cream.

This whimsical pop-art collaboration is further brought to life through a beautifully crafted silk-satin scarf, representing the colours of nature – exclusively offered as a giveaway to afternoon tea guests.

The ‘Joyful Harvest Afternoon Tea’ is served daily from 13:00 to 17:00 at 1897 Lounge until 30 November 2025. The price is THB 1,450++ per person including a choice of fine tea or coffee, and a beautifully crafted silk-satin scarf.
