Starting 1 August, this enchanting teatime experience will be available daily from 13:00 to 17:00. Priced at THB 2,390++ per set, it is perfect for two persons to enjoy this captivating moment together.
Pomme Chan’s blossoming garden, filled with pinkish flowers under a sunny sky, evokes the dreamy settings of classic Grimm brothers’ folktales. Her garden also features whimsical imaginary animals, including squirrels in pink dresses, ladybugs with fancy shells and snails with cream-roll-like shells, each adding charm to this idyllic setting for tea lovers.

Whilst Executive Pastry Chef Franck showcases his playful culinary expertise through a selection of sweets and savouries, this teatime experience is further enhanced by edible illustrations from Pomme Chan on each sweet bite. This serene teatime features Dilmah teas, exclusively blended for Kempinski Hotels, allowing guests to select their favourites. The experience begins with a colourful plate of savouries, inspired by the magical world of food, featuring fanciful yet delicious bites. The selection includes ‘Salmon Ceviche, Phuket Pineapple, Lime’, ‘Foie Gras Mousse, Cherry Shortbread’, ‘Pickled Morel Mushroom, Truffle Cream’ and ‘Crab and Celeriac Remoulade, Ikura’, each showcasing contemporary and innovative French and Asian cooking techniques.
The scone course offers a trio of plain, orange and chocolate flavours, quintessentially served with raspberry jam, Devonshire-style clotted cream and passion fruit curd. The final course is a delightful display of sweets, ranging from ‘Madagascar Vanilla and Strawberry Roll’, ‘Apricot Vanilla Macaroon’, Litchi Raspberry Mini Dome, Rose Petal’ to ‘Mango Lime Tarlet, Cream Cheese Chantilly’, each featuring Pomme Chan’s imaginary animals from ‘Garden in Blossoms’. A small plate of petit fours marks the finale of this tea garden with Chef Franck Istel and Pomme Chan.
Every ‘Garden in Blossoms’ set includes an adorable printed satin-silk scarf designed by Pomme Chan, serving as a keepsake for guests to remember this whimsical tea garden at Siam Kempinski Hotel Bangkok.

About the Artist—Pomme Chan: A Bangkok native, Pomme Chan discovered her passion for art at a young age. She pursued a degree in interior design at Silpakorn University. In 2002, she decided to relocate to London to further ignite her passion for design, as London has always been renowned for its love for art. Pomme Chan studied Graphic Design and Communication at the London College of Communication and continued to reside in the British capital for another decade. Despite her years abroad, Bangkok is truly where her heart belongs. She returned to the city to establish her first venture, ‘What If Home Décor Shop & Café’, and subsequently founded her own ‘Happy People Studio’. Here, she showcases her unique hand-drawing skills and eclectic style. Pomme Chan’s love for painting knows no boundaries, as she expresses her art in various mediums, including wallpaper, ceramics, fabrics and furnishings. She now works happily with her team at Happy People Studio, Swoon and P Palladio in Bangkok.
About the Chef—Executive Pastry Chef Franck Istel: Chef Franck is a culinary artist hailing from the beautiful French city of Strasbourg. His journey in the culinary world began at the age of 15 when he started his apprenticeship as a cook. Inspired by the magic of pastry-making, he spent the next four years mastering the art of pastry and baking, earning diplomas in both fields. At just 21 years old, Chef Franck ventured to open his own bakery and pastry shop, where he honed his skills as a master chef over the course of two years.
