Clean Programme Accreditation

Kempinski Residences & Suites, Doha has been awarded “Qatar Clean” programme accreditation; a multi-phased programme developed as a collaborative effort by the National Tourism Council, Ministry of Public Health, and both hospitality and tourism sectors.

The programme sets mandatory standards for disinfection of all residences, suites, amenities, restaurants and common areas aiming at maintaining the safety and security of hotel residents, guests and staff which is our utmost priority

Kempinski Residences & Suites, Doha hotel management has carefully reviewed and applied all the guidelines mandated by the programme, which includes staff training to conduct daily sterilisation operations for facilities, closets, bathrooms, and air-conditioning systems, in addition to ensuring intensive sterilisation of common areas where the staff is in contact with residents and guests, specifically reception points & helpdesks.

Kempinski Residences & Suites, Doha has also installed disinfectant tunnels with automatic temperature check, examining all their employees daily before starting work, staying up-to-date with government recommendation, communicating regularly with the Ministry of Public Health, and applying all requirements to suppliers and guests, as well as limiting the capacity of elevators to 4 persons maximum and adhering to mask and social distance rules across all hotel premises.
