Emirates, invites guests to break their fast with a refined Italian Iftar experience
rooted in hand-picked ingredients and time-honoured culinary traditions inspired by
Italy’s coastal regions.

Priced at AED 295 per person, the menu begins with Medjool dates, water and a
comforting welcome soup, followed by elegant starters such as Burrata with Confit
Cherry Tomatoes and Genovese basil, as well as Warm Octopus Salad with Baby
Potatoes and fresh Parsley.

Seafood takes centre stage with mains including Oven-baked Sea Bass served with
Seasonal Vegetables and a delicate Lemon Sauce, and Seared Salmon paired with
fresh Spinach and Greek Yogurt Sauce. These are complemented by classic Italian
favourites such as Herb Lamb Cutlets with silky Mashed Potatoes, and Grilled Free-
range Chicken with Rosemary and Roasted Potatoes.

The experience concludes with traditional desserts including Vera’s signature
Tiramisu, Pistachio Gelato, and rich Dark Chocolate Cake.
