Located in the heart of the city, Vera by the Pool is Dubai’s newest poolside destination, soon to open to the public on the 1^st October. A haven of serenity, it welcomes guests to step away from the ordinary and escape by the sparkling pool, where the world feels distant and moments feel endless. Inspired by the coastal chic of Versilia, Vera by the Pool becomes a sanctuary for those looking to celebrate life in Grande Stile.

From the sunbeds of Forte dei Marmi’s beach clubs to alfresco Tuscan bites in the lounge, every detail at Vera by the Pool evokes the timeless rituals of Italy’s most refined riviera. The menu celebrates the finest flavours of the Versilia region, inviting guests to lounge poolside with classic cocktails and delicious bites in true Italian style.

Adding Tuscan flair to the affair, the menu presents a selection of delectable bites, with an à la carte offering that begins with starters such as Caviar Oscietra, Burrata e Pomodorini Datterino and Fritto Misto. Poolside favourites include sandwiches and pizzas like the Focaccia Toscana with Bresaola with Rucola and Pecorino Cheese and the classic Margherita Pizza, and from the Robata grill, the Branzino; grilled seabass served with lemon fish sauce and fresh artichokes, a must-try. Guests with a sweet tooth can indulge in Tiramisu, ice creams and refreshing sorbets, or opt for fresh sliced fruits.

With options for cocktails and mocktails by the pool, Vera by the Pool sets the tone for guests to relax in style. Cocktail choices include Vera’s own creations of the Forte Dei Marmi, a light, floral cocktail made with Prosecco, elderflower liqueur and lime juice and the Pietrasanta, with bacardi carta blanca,cointreau, home-made plum & blueberry syrup. The signature mocktails capture the essence of Tuscany including favourites like the Passion Martini, with passion fruit puree, fresh orange and lime juice, with a hint of vanilla syrup and the Basil Lemonade, a refreshing mocktail made with soda water and basil leaf.
