Here, where hospitality has been practised for generations, the elegance of the hotel and the joy of the festive season combine to create a unique experience. Coca-Cola has also been cultivating its own Christmas tradition for over 100 years: with its iconic Santa Claus, the beverage manufacturer continues to inspire people around the world to this day. 

These two stories now come together: in the lobby of the Kempinski Palace Engelberg, there is a lovingly decorated letterbox that delivers messages from young and old directly to Santa Claus at the North Pole. 

Stationery and envelopes are available in the rooms and at reception for a few personal words to Santa Claus – whether it's a heartfelt wish, a thank you or simply a quiet thought that accompanies this special time.
