• Reservations must be secured at least 72 hours prior to arrival to guarantee transportation and museum ticket availability. Ticket timings are subject to the official operating hours of the GEM, and the hotel assumes no liability for unforeseen museum closures or event restrictions.
• A minimum of two (2) adults is required to book this package, with a minimum stay of three (3) consecutive nights.
• A valid credit card guarantee is required at the time of booking.
• Free cancellation is permitted up to 2 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made within 2 days of arrival will incur a penalty equivalent to the first night's room charge, and the full package cost will also be charged.
