The Kanaan Wine Makers Dinner was Successfully Held at Kempinski Hotel Yinchuan

Yinchuan, 10 Aug 2024 – Kempinski Hotel Yinchuan and Kanaan Winery served a memorable six course gourmet dinner paired with memorable wines in its first dinner in a series of three for 2024.

The premier Kempinski Hotel Yinchuan welcomed Ningxia’s premier winemaker “Crazy” Fang from Kanaan Winery for a wine pairing six course dinner in collaboration with executive chef Jack Li. The carefully curated six-course pairing menu brought the tasting notes of the celebrated wines to a special evening in the intimate and private dining room at Café Berlin. All six dishes were carefully selected from high quality fresh ingredients with Ningxia local characteristics matching the flavors and aromas of each wine.

Kanaan Winery was founded in 2011 located in the eastern hills of the Helen Mountains in the province of Ningxia and is considered one of the famous representative wineries in China. The wines served during the evening have won top awards nationally and internationally.
