Alpine Breakfast Buffet

Start the day with unique panoramic mountain views during an extensive breakfast in the restaurant Johann Grill. The restaurant offers plenty of seats in the hotel and, depending on the weather, on the adjoining sun terrace.

The varied alpine buffet breakfast includes hearty and sweet dishes from the region. You will find a large selection of savoury products, such as sausages, cheese, cereals and yoghurt. Enjoy delicious fruits, freshly squeezed juices, various coffee and tea specialities or a glass of sparkling wine. A special treat is the freshly baked "Kederbacherbrot", named after the first climber of the Watzmann, Johann Grill, who was also known as the "Kederbacher". We are also happy to prepare an egg dish, such as an omelette or fried egg, for you à la minute and serve it directly at your table. For those who have a sweet tooth, there are waffles, pancakes, jam, honey, croissants and much more.
