Bavarian Kempinski Hotels Honored as Top Employers 2024

Kempinski Hotel Berchtesgaden and Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten  Kempinski Munich Receive Rolling Pin Seal of Excellence 

Berchtesgaden/Munich, 07 October 2024 – For the second consecutive year, Kempinski  Hotel Berchtesgaden and Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten Kempinski Munich have been recognized  as Top Employers 2024 by Rolling Pin. These two luxury hotels are among the 54 top rated employers in Germany and Austria according to the renowned industry magazine.  Key criteria considered included above-standard compensation, training and development  opportunities, staff amenities, and many additional benefits. 

Kempinski Hotel Berchtesgaden stood out for its MY TEAM Apartments, launched in  2022, which offer employees a home designed for comfort. Selection for the Top Employers 2024 designation was based on a survey of over 1,000  hospitality and gastronomy employees. From these results, Rolling Pin developed more  than 50 criteria to evaluate top employers. Only companies achieving at least 80 percent of  the maximum possible score of 1,460 points were awarded the Top Employer 2024 seal.
