On 18 October 2026, the Jenner Mountain will be transformed into a world-class stage. Michelin-starred chef Ulrich Heimann will bring the philosophy of his Gourmet Restaurant PUR to the summit for an exclusive dinner above the clouds.

The experience begins spectacularly: as you ascend in modern panoramic gondolas, you will enjoy a champagne aperitif against the majestic backdrop of the Berchtesgaden Alps and the legendary Watzmann mountain.

At the mountain restaurant, you will enjoy a fusion of nature and haute cuisine. Ulrich Heimann will present his award-winning artistry, showcasing the finest ingredients and modern interpretations executed with the utmost precision. Each course is part of a culinary performance that unites taste, aesthetics and emotion, accompanied by an exquisite wine pairing.
 

An Evening of Highlights

Your experience begins at 17:30 with a warm welcome at the Jennerbahn valley station, followed by an atmospheric ascent into the sunset. Upon reaching 1,800 metres, you will enjoy an elegant reception at the Jenneralm, followed by the culinary highlight at 19:00: an exclusive fine-dining menu created by Ulrich Heimann. After enjoying a relaxing digestif while taking in the view of the alpine peaks, you will begin your descent back to the valley at 22:00.

The ticket price includes a return journey on the Jennerbahn cable car and the exclusive fine-dining menu created by Ulrich Heimann at the Jenneralm restaurant. Please note that no discounts are available for annual pass holders for this special event. A complimentary shuttle service is available for guests staying at the Kempinski Hotel Berchtesgaden on the day of the event.

As this is a fixed culinary performance, the menu will be served as announced. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate dietary restrictions or allergies or provide vegetarian or vegan alternatives.

The Jennerbahn

The Jenner region is one of the most fascinating destinations in the Berchtesgaden Alps, captivating visitors with its unique charm in every season. The modern Jennerbahn cable car is the perfect way to explore the diverse natural landscape, from the sparkling Königssee all the way up to panoramic summit views at 1,800 metres.

Note for winter sports enthusiasts: Although classic alpine skiing operations have been suspended, connoisseurs can still enjoy a challenging off-piste experience on the groomed ski route.
