No matter what time of year you choose to visit, there'll always be a wonderful selection of activities that children of all ages will love.

When it comes to the great outdoors, Berchtesgaden will take your breath away. Discover summer tobogganing at Alpengasthof Hochlenzer, where you'll descend 600m down a magnificent mountain, explore the beautiful forests at the Hintersee and get up close to falcons and other majestic birds of prey at Adlergehege Obersalzberg, which is just behind the hotel. During the winter, taking a horse and sleigh tour around the enchanting Berchtesgadener Land is a must. 

In addition to activities in nature and the surrounding area, we have set up a children's room for our little guests. This is equipped with numerous toys and can be used to play with the parents. Please note that we currently do not offer childcare or supervision of kids.
