Alex, the head chef of Via Roma restaurant, has specially designed an Italian-style set for V-day. The night starts with a very fresh bite of La Gillardeau Oyster with green apple and cucumber sorbet on the top, followed by the classic Beef Carpaccio of Wagyu and creamy Parmesan cheese fondue, fresh truffle slices from Yunnan and black rye bread chips. Next, the original Milan spring strawberry prosecco risotto with seared foie gras is waiting. With some delightful drops of aged balsamic, umami becomes the fifth flavour, in addition to the beautiful combination of sweet, salty, sour and fatty. The main course, Surf & Turf, is Grilled Boston lobster and Angus beef tenderloin. The mix of seafood and red meat allows you to experience an explosion of tastes, textures and flavour. Finally, set your heart aflame with the heart-shaped dessert of hazelnut waffle crumble and chocolate mousse. If you want to have a drink, don’t forget to enhance your night with the special wine-pairing selections.
