Kempinski Hotel Xiamen, together with ‘Xiamen Little Snail’, hosts a Themed Charity Activity

Xiamen, 16 December 2025 –Kempinski Hotel Xiamen, in partnership with the welfare organisation ‘Xiamen Little Snail’, successfully hosted a themed charity activity at the Lüling Community in Huli District. The initiative brought festive warmth and heartfelt companionship to families caring for children with special needs.

The charity activity was designed to provide short-term respite for families undertaking long-term caregiving responsibilities, while conveying social care through meaningful interactive engagement. Hotel volunteers were paired with the children in one-to-one partnerships, sharing touching moments through rhythm games and Christmas dessert-making workshops. The surprise appearance of ‘Santa Claus’, who distributed gifts to the children, further filled the venue with joy and festive cheer.

To conclude the activity, Mr. Gerhard Doll, General Manager of Kempinski Hotel Xiamen, on behalf of the hotel, presented a charitable donation to ‘Xiamen Little Snail’ in support of the continuation of its public welfare services. Mr. Doll stated, ‘Fulfilling our social responsibility is a vital mission of our enterprise. We will continue to collaborate with philanthropic partners to spread humanistic care and contribute to building a more inclusive and compassionate society.’
