Xiamen, 26 June 2025 –The ‘15 Years Years Lady in Red’ & ShangMeiXiZhou Art Exhibition opening celebration took place in the lobby of Kempinski Hotel Xiamen. Distinguished hotel guests, media representatives and art enthusiasts attended the event to witness the romantic convergence of art and time.

The event marked the 15th anniversary of the creation of Lady in Red, the brand ambassador of Kempinski, and featured a unique cross-disciplinary banquet blending art and brand culture in partnership with local young artist ShangMeiXiZhou.

Mr Gerhard Doll, General Manager of Kempinski Hotel Xiamen, delivered a welcome speech, expressing his warm greetings to the attendees. He stated, ‘In line with Kempinski's definition of luxury, which must be original, crafted and creative, we are hosting our first joint art exhibition with local young artist ShangMeiXiZhou. This not only highlights the uniqueness of the Kempinski brand but also creates more opportunities for engagement with our guests.’

A consul from the Philippine Consulate General in Xiamen was invited to participate in the ribbon-cutting ceremony. Alongside the hotel’s General Manager, Gerhard Doll, and the artist ShangMeiXiZhou, he cut the ceremonial red ribbon, symbolising the collaboration between art and the Kempinski brand.

The art exhibition by ShangMeiXiZhou will be open to the public until 26 September 2025. Visitors are welcome to view the exhibition in the lobby of Kempinski Hotel Xiamen.
