The sweet selection features a variety of thoughtfully crafted pastries, including Crispy Green Jujube Cake, Tea Mountain Cheese Tart, Pomelo Curd Cake, Strawberry Snow Roll, Matcha Yogurt Cup or Passion Fruit Yogurt Cup, and Pandan Scone served with Kaya Jam. Each dessert highlights subtle fruit notes and creamy textures, creating a harmonious balance of flavors that capture the essence of the season.

 

Complementing the sweets is a selection of savory bites such as Smoked Pork Neck with Pistachio and Cheese Ball, Salmon Sesame Cucumber Tart, and Almond Potato Prawn Ball with Herb Tartar Sauce, offering a satisfying contrast of textures and flavors. The set is further enhanced by the “Spring Garden” Fresh Fruit Cup, showcasing seasonal fruits that add a refreshing touch.

The “Spring Encounter” Afternoon Tea is available daily from 14:00 to 17:00 at the Lobby Lounge. Guests may choose between the Classic Afternoon Tea set at CNY 268 per set or the Light Afternoon Tea set at CNY 188 per set, with the light version offering one piece of each sweet and savory item, ideal for a relaxed and refined afternoon indulgence.
