Visa for Egypt

Visitors to Egypt must obtain a visa from one of the Egyptian diplomatic missions if they do not come from a visa-exempt country or country eligible for a visa on arrival.
Entry visas for Egypt can be purchased for USD 25 at the visa office or bank counters in the airport's arrivals hall.
Visitors must hold passports that are valid for at least six months from the date of arrival in Egypt.

What is Soma Bay's Climate like?

Desert climate consists of hot days and cold nights. The Spring Season (March to May) has pleasantly warm days, with an average temperature of 23 °C. The months June to August are hot, with temperatures exceeding 35 °C. During Autumn (September to November), the temperature will cool down to an average of 25 °C, whilst the months December to February are cooler and may require the use of a light jacket, with temperatures ranging from 14 °C to 22 °C.

Egypt Standard Time is two hours ahead of Greenwich Mean Time (GMT+2).
