Guiyang, 22 June 2024 – Kempinski Hotel Guiyang invited Tommy Tian, Executive Chef of Chinese cuisine from Kempinski Hotel Nanjing, as guest chef to offer an exceptional and memorable Huaiyang cuisine dining experience for local guests from 22 June to 31 July at Dragon Palace.
Tommy Tian has more than 10 years of experience in the industry and is well-versed in Huaiyang, Sichuan and Cantonese cuisine and continues to develop his skills and innovations in Chinese cuisine. As a dynamic young talent, he is always seeking innovative forms of expression. A craftsman in the kitchen, he continues to train himself through further education. In order to create the ultimate guest experience, Tommy Tian carefully selected six dishes, drawing inspiration from the rhythm of nature to find the finest seasonal flavours. Each ingredient was maximised and perfected before being combined to create a symphony of harmony and delight.
