Having recently returned from the world-renowned restaurant Central in Lima, Peru (ranked No. 1 in "The World’s 50 Best Restaurants 2023" by Virgilio Martínez), Chef Filov brings the vibrant biodiversity of South America to the Pirin Mountains. Combining his prestigious international background - from Michelin-starred establishments across Europe to Peru - with fine dining mastery, this exclusive evening seamlessly blends Andean tradition, modern culinary techniques, and premium seasonal produce.
