At Kempinski Hotel Grand Arena Bansko, we know that your pet is part of the family, and we are committed to ensuring their comfort and happiness during your stay. Our pet-friendly team has made it easy for your furry friend to travel with you by providing special amenities that make them feel right at home, all while enjoying the renowned Kempinski hospitality.

The pet fee is EUR 20.00 / BGN 39.12 per night, plus a one-time fee of EUR 25.00 / 48.90 BGN for thorough cleaning and disinfection upon departure. We accommodate one pet per room, with a maximum weight of 10 kg.

Your pet will enjoy our special in-room amenities, including a cozy sleeping mat and a bowl for food. Additional amenities, such as pet blankets or toys, are available upon request with prior notice and subject to availability.

Additionally, our spacious outdoor areas are ideal for leisurely walks, allowing your pet to enjoy the breathtaking mountain views. Should you need any extra services, such as grooming or veterinary care, we will gladly provide information on nearby facilities.
