Signature Cocktails Inspired by Seven Cities
· Chengdu “Ba Shi” Special: Sichuan pepper–infused vodka awakens the senses, mellowed by cranberry and pineapple for a lingering, complex finish.
· Shanghai “Nong Hao” Special: A vibrant blend of herbal gin and mellow yellow wine, brightened with lime and pineapple, and finished with rosemary, balancing tropical flair with earthy sophistication.
· Beijing “Nin Hao” Special: Jasmine tea lends its aromatic depth, balanced with refined mixology, a toast to Beijing’s rich heritage and modern spirit.
· Hangshou “Jia Jia” Special: Fermented rice wine forms the base, recalling Fuyi Granary’s history. Black pepper and nori evoke misty Hangshou Bay, while citrus and grape notes celebrate the season.
· Xiamen “Li He” Special: The selected Tieguanyin tea from Anxi collides with the herbal sharpness of gin. Its elegance and richness complement each other, delicately interpreting the Minnan culture.
· Nanjing “Lai Si” Special: Cold-brew Yuhua tea blends with herbal gin, brightened by lemon and crowned with a light foam.
· Jinan “Si R” Special: Pingyin rose blossoms steeped in white rum reveal honeyed floral notes and a spirited finish, an elixir reminiscent of spring dew.
