Peach Gum Pudding, served in a crystal glass, carries a cool sweetness that whispers of devotion and the intimacy of inseparable hearts. BBQ Beef Ribs, charcoal-grilled over fruitwood embers, heavy and fiery, embodying the firmest commitment in love. Steamed Mandarin Fish with Pepper presents tender, delicate fish accented with a duet of peppers, its bright, piquant notes reflecting the sparks and longing between two hearts. Stir Fried Shrimp with Celery and XO Sauce offering a refreshing sweetness upon the first bite that gives way to a rich, lingering aftertaste—recreating that instant heart-fluttering sensation.
