Minimum age requirements: The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age. Room includes buffet breakfast, complimentary mini bar replenished once per day (every 24 hours) and complimentary Wi-Fi internet access.

Check-In & Check-Out Policy: We respectfully remind you that our check-in time is 15:00; check-out is 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and request will be charged. 

Children Policy: 

• Children under 6 years: Stay on existing bedding and enjoy buffet dining on complimentary basis. Baby cots are complimentary but an extra bed is available at an additional charge.
• Children 6–12 years: Stay in the room at the charge of an extra bed and receive a 50% discount on buffets.
• Ages 13 and above: Considered adults and will be charged full adult rates for both accommodation and dining.

The maximum number of people in the room is subject to each room type's policy.

Food & Beverage Policy: Food and alcoholic beverages are not allowed to be brought into the hotel for hygiene and quality control issues. The hotel screens luggage as part of a standard security process and reserves the right to remove all alcoholic beverages. Any alcoholic beverage found will be removed, securely stored and returned upon departure. Guests will not receive any monetary compensation for alcoholic beverages that were removed from their luggage. 

Visitors Policy: Kempinski Hotel Aqaba Red Sea, upon evaluation of customer and security concerns, has implemented a "no visitor" policy. We regret any inconvenience this may cause, as the hotel focuses on enhancing a sense of total privacy for all its guests.

ATMs are available in many places throughout the city, and many places accept credit cards, but there are some places that accept cash only. Changing money is easy in Jordan through a wide range of money exchange branches in the city.
