Minimum age requirements: The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age. Room includes buffet breakfast, complimentary mini bar replenished once per day (every 24 hours) and complimentary Wi-Fi internet access.

Check-In & Check-Out Policy: We respectfully remind you that our check-in time is 15:00; check-out is 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and request will be charged. 

Children Policy: Children from 0 to 12 stay free in the room of their parents (maximum one child per room). All children between the age of 0 to 5 dining with their parents, breakfast is complimentary when taken from the buffet. All children between 6 to 12 years of age receive a 50% discount on the buffet breakfast. All children 13 years and above are considered adults. We would also like to stipulate per hotel policy, we do allow a maximum of two adults and one child in the hotel room. If you require an extra bed, we have roll-away beds available at a supplement rate.

Food & Beverage Policy: Food and alcoholic beverages are not allowed to be brought into the hotel for hygiene and quality control issues. The hotel screens luggage as part of a standard security process and reserves the right to remove all alcoholic beverages. Any alcoholic beverage found will be removed, securely stored and returned upon departure. Guests will not receive any monetary compensation for alcoholic beverages that were removed from their luggage. 

Visitors Policy: Kempinski Hotel Aqaba Red Sea, upon evaluation of customer and security concerns, has implemented a "no visitor" policy. We regret any inconvenience this may cause, as the hotel focuses on enhancing a sense of total privacy for all its guests.

ATMs are available in many places throughout the city, and many places accept credit cards, but there are some places that accept cash only. Changing money is easy in Jordan through a wide range of money exchange branches in the city.
