Born in Panamá City in 2018 and now a global empire, Salvaje has been proudly part of the Kempinski Al Othman Hotel Al Khobar since October 2022. Under the guidance of Head Chef Emil Sterling, we blend distinct flavours from the Middle East with our signature wild ideas and exotic ingredients. From truffled mushroom dumplings to our unique twist on traditional Arabic baklawa, every bite is a journey to the wild side of Japanese culinary culture.
