With more than a dozen crab dishes, including whole crabs prepared in different styles, on top of everyone’s favourite seafood station list, chefs have prepared their speciality dishes, which include the most popular Cooked Drunken Hairy Crab, Stir-fried Crab with Chilli and Chinese Herbs, Wok-fried Hairy Crab with Rice Cake in Brown Sauce, Crab Roe Wonton with Sesame Paste, Wok-fried Crab Rice and Baked Crab Bowl with Cheese. Don’t forget our classic Steamed Hairy Crab, which will be served by trolley.
For the meat lovers, why not try pork knuckle, honey ham, stewed beef with bubble wine or sautéed mixed seafood with white wine and lemon sauce? Of course, there are Chinese cuisines as well, including steamed rice Hong Kong-style. Cuban rice and sliced beef is a new creation that you must try too.
