The 20-metre long, 160 sq m indoor Swimming Pool is located on the 30th floor of the hotel, with a naturally relaxing ambience. Swim laps, dip your feet in the shallow end or organise a fun after-hours event with your very own pool party, suitable for up to 20 people.

Open between 7.00am and 11.00pm, swimming is a great way to start or end a day. Whether you’re looking for a morning burst of energy or an excuse to blow off steam in the evening, there is plenty of room for multiple swimmers to go about their exercise. Combine your swim experience with a trip to our spa or gym, ensuring holistic fitness with a backdrop of beautiful Shanghai views.(The ​Shanghai Municipal Health Bureau​ require​s​ the use of swimming caps at all pools.​ In order to comply with these regulations, all guests must wear a swimming cap while​ ​in the pool.)
