Toasting the occasion, Stage22 Restaurant & Bar is launching it's new anticipated ‘Asian Fusion’ menu, designed to tantalise the taste buds and elevate the experiences. Restaurant Stage22 Headchef Kaspars Reveliņš and the hotel’s Executive Chef Nahsen Akgul have joined their expertise, crafting a menu that showcases a fusion of flavors, incorporating innovative techniques, whilst using the best ingredients.

Chef Akgul believes that every dish has its own distinct narrative. The new menu unfolds a captivating story of exceptional adventures, where new, enticing flavours, aromas, and sensations come together. Despite the varied Asian Fusion flavours featured in this new menu, Chef Kaspars maintains his unwavering support for local farmers and suppliers, ensuring that customers can relish the genuine flavors of local produce, taking diners on a journey of fresh and enticing flavours.

When asked about the standout signature dish on the new menu, Chef Nahsen Akgul unequivocally points to the poached scallops on glass noodles, grilled oysters, or Stage22’s all-time favourite – Truffle burger.
