KEMPINSKI WHITE GLOVE SERVICE

Grand Hotel Kempinski High Tatras is dedicated to delivering a beautiful performance and to creating moments when luxury is felt. Our top priority is to ensure your well-being, safety and comfort when staying with us.

We have developed and employed a Kempinski White Glove Service initiative. It influences your journey throughout the entire stay, with a primary focus on the following areas:

  • While performing their duties, Kempinski employees wear white gloves when welcoming you to our hotels.
  • Sanitising stations are available in all public areas of our hotels.
  • Enhanced cleaning and disinfection procedures have been implemented in guest rooms, lifts, public areas, and back-of-house areas.
  • In order to maximize your comfort, all guestrooms and treatment and wellness areas of the Zion Spa Luxury will be sanitized by air-purifying technology.
  • Even with these measures in place, we remain attentive and on hand to craft wonderful moments for each and every one of you to experience the renowned warm-hearted Kempinski service.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These general terms and conditions apply to bookings at Grand Hotel Kempinski High Tatras, as well as to the additional services and deliveries Grand Hotel Kempinski High Tatras and Zion Spa Luxury provides to the customer:

  • All bookings are subject to availability and written confirmation.
  • The rate is subject to change and includes corresponding VAT. Price excludes City tax of EUR 1,50 per person and night.
  • Reservations for massage at the Zion Spa Luxury during prime time (3.00pm - 9.00pm) are subject to availability.
  • Hotel does not guarantee suitable skiing conditions. Ski pass is valid in ski area Strbske Pleso.
  • Concerts and After Parties are subject to regulations of the Institute of Public Health and other government institutions. Right to changes reserved.
  • Check-in time is 3.00pm.
  • Check-out time is 12.00 noon.

BILLING INFORMATION

Should you wish to issue the invoice under company name, please send us your billing details. Later this change will not be possible. The Hotel reserves the right to use the guest credit card details on file to deduct from their account any unpaid outstanding balances i.e. late check out or early departure charges, acknowledged expenses for the use of hotel’s products and services, any property damages including but not limited to material / non material, intellectual property and falsely disputed claims. The credit card may be pre-authorized for 100% of the stay any time after the booking. In the event of unsuccessful pre-authorization, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation.

PET POLICY

Stay with us and enjoy your stay with your best furry friend!

Price for a pet is at the following surcharge:

  • Toy-size pet up to 5 kg - EUR 20/night
  • Small-sized pet from 5 to 10 kg - EUR 30/night
  • Middle-sized pet from 10 to 25 kg - EUR 40/night
  • Large-sized pet 25 kg or over - EUR 55/night

Kindly be informed that the hotel will accommodate dogs or other animals after presenting a valid health card, complying with the local legislation requirements. Pets must be kept on a leash when in the hotel or on hotel property. Pets must not be left unattended.

If you decide to keep your pet alone in the room, please kindly place the hotel pet sign on the door handle. This sign will be issued to you upon check-in at hotel reception.

According to current legislation, pets are not allowed in the following areas (except for guide dogs):

  • Grand Restaurant
  • Lobby Lounge & Bar
  • Zion Spa Luxury

As the pet owner, you will be considered fully responsible for all damages to the hotel’s property or other guests, as well as for disturbances caused by your pet.

DRESS CODE AT THE GRAND RESTAURANT

In order to provide a high standard of fine dining to all our guests, and to define simple fashion rules when it comes to a dress code on entering the Grand Restaurant, we would like to ask you to respect the following rules:

Dinner Dress Code

  • Ladies: long trousers, jeans, smart dress, open shoes, such as decent sandals, summer shoes or closed shoes, round collar or piqué T-shirt or blouse.
  • Gentlemen: long trousers, jeans, fully closed shoes (inclusive of sports shoes), round collar or piqué T-shirt or shirt.
  • Children under 12 years of age are allowed in the restaurant also in shorts and sandals.
  • No shorts, three-quarter trousers, flip-flops or slippers are allowed.
