67 New Keys to Luxury: A Contemporary Evolution of Heritage Accommodation Following a CHF 16.5 million investment, the hotel presents the third phase of its room renovations, comprising 67 newly updated units. With this latest enhancement, the property now features a total of 151 renovated rooms and suites. Blending the property’s Belle Époque heritage with contemporary alpine design, the refreshed accommodations utilize local materials and craftsmanship to offer a modernized sanctuary for the winter traveller.

From Crazy Pizza to Aegean Soul: The Hotel’s Complete Culinary Metamorphosis The hotel’s culinary offerings undergo a complete transformation for the season, headlined by three major developments:

  • Crazy Pizza St. Moritz: In partnership with the Majestas Group, the hotel introduces a high-energy dining concept that marries Italian culinary theatre with Kempinski’s signature service standards. Transforming the space formerly known as "Da Adriano", this venue brings a sophisticated, vibrant atmosphere to the hotel. The experience will be overseen by Maître  Adriano Feraco, who remains at the helm to ensure the continuity of the exceptional service quality for which the hotel is renowned.
  • Neora: Contrasting the snowy Engadin landscape with the warmth of the Mediterranean, Neora debuts as the region’s first restaurant dedicated to open- flame Greek fine dining. The menu emphasizes primal cooking techniques and the soulful flavors of the Aegean.
  • Billionaire St. Moritz: Flavio Briatore’s iconic brand establishes its winter residence at the hotel for a second season. Guests can expect a dinner experience that blends exquisite cuisine with world-class artistic entertainment, promising an evening defined by elegance and cosmopolitan flair.

Elevating the Classics: Intimate Tasting Menus and a Reborn Lobby Bar
The hotel also refines its classic venues. The main restaurant, Les Saisons, introduces an intimate gourmet enclave, creating a private space for tasting menus. The lobby bar is reborn as Quintessence Bar&Lounge, featuring a dedicated Macallan Experience and curated mixology. Furthermore, the Beluga Igloo returns to the hotel park, offering a distinct outdoor setting for Beluga vodka signatures and fine caviar amidst the snow.
Beyond the Spa: Cutting-Edge Regenerative Medicine Meets Alpine History Reconnecting St. Moritz with its roots as a curative retreat, the hotel elevates its wellness offering through an exclusive partnership with Image Regenerative Institute, opening on 9 December, 2025. This union bridges Kempinski's five-star hospitality with the cutting- edge science of Professor Carlo Tremolada, an internationally renowned surgeon and the
creator of the revolutionary Lipogems® technology for tissue regeneration. Situated directly beside the historic Mauritius Spring, the birthplace of Alpine spa culture, the new institute integrates advanced longevity medicine and aesthetics into the guest experience. Milano Style in the Alps: The Eleventy Boutique Opens its Doors Completing the seasonal updates, the hotel announces a retail partnership with Italian brand Eleventy, opening a boutique featuring the brand's signature "Smart Luxury" philosophy and Milano-style elegance that complements the St. Moritz lifestyle.
