Book on Kempinski.com to receive the guaranteed best available rates at all Kempinski hotels. We guarantee that Kempinski.com will always offer the lowest rates available online for all our hotels.

If you find a lower rate on another website within 24 hours of completing a reservation at Kempinski.com, we will match the lower rate and reduce it by a further 25% for the entire duration of the original reservation. You will also be upgraded to the next room category, subject to availability at the time of check-in.

The Kempinski.com Best Rate Guarantee is subject to the following Terms and Conditions. Please review these before submitting your Kempinski.com Best Rate Guarantee claim.

The Kempinski.com Best Rate Guarantee applies exclusively to reservations made at Kempinski hotels through www.kempinski.com or official Kempinski hotel websites.
If, within 24 hours of completing a reservation on Kempinski.com, you find a rate (“Comparison Rate”) on another website that is lower than the room rate booked on Kempinski.com (for the same hotel, room type, number of people and arrival and departure dates), please submit a Best Rate Guarantee claim form.
The booking conditions applicable to the Comparison Rate (such as advanced payment and deposit, change and cancellation policies) must be identical to those of the rate booked on Kempinski.com. The Comparison Rate must also be publicly viewable and bookable online.

The Kempinski.com Best Rate Guarantee does not apply to:

●       Rates from so-called “opaque” or auction sites where the hotel name and/or specific hotel are not disclosed until the reservation is completed and payment is made or provided.

●       Rates on websites that package the hotel room with other travel components such as flights, car rental, tours, etc.

●       Rates not publicly available, such as corporate negotiated rates or group, convention and/or event rates specifically agreed upon by Kempinski for particular groups or companies.

●       Rates quoted via direct mail or electronic mail solicitations.

●       Rates offered exclusively to members of certain groups or individuals meeting specific criteria, such as membership of particular associations or special programmes not open to the general public.

●       Rates valid for extended stays exceeding twenty (20) consecutive nights.

●       Pre-paid rates requiring a voucher to be redeemed at the hotel.

●       Kempinski Residences or any residential or extended-stay accommodation managed by Kempinski.
 

Rate comparisons between the Kempinski.com rate and the Comparison Rate will exclude taxes, gratuities or any other fees associated with the room rate.

If the Comparison Rate is listed in a different currency to the Kempinski.com rate, it will be converted to the currency used in the original booking made on Kempinski.com. The exchange rate applicable will be the one in effect on the date the Kempinski.com Best Rate Guarantee Claim is reviewed or validated.

If the claim refers to a reservation consisting of multiple nights, the average rate per night will be compared between the Kempinski.com rate and the Comparison Rate for an identical reservation on the other website.

The Kempinski.com Best Rate Guarantee is void where prohibited by law.
Kempinski Hotels reserves the right to deny claims where the difference between the Comparison Rate and the Kempinski Rate is less than EUR 5 per night (or equivalent), to account for currency exchange fluctuations and/or system rounding. Kempinski Hotels S.A. reserves the right to amend or withdraw the Kempinski.com Best Rate Guarantee at any time.

SUBMIT A CLAIM
A claim must be submitted within 24 hours of completing a reservation on Kempinski.com. Kempinski Hotels S.A. will review your Kempinski.com Best Rate Guarantee claim within 24 hours (working days only) of submission. To be eligible under the Best Rate Guarantee, claims must be submitted through our Contact Us form.
