What time does the Alpine Spa open?
The Alpine Spa is open daily from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm. Spa treatments and reception services are available from 11:00 am to 8:00 pm.
When are the indoor and outdoor pools open?
The indoor and outdoor pools are open daily from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm.
Can children use the pool?
Yes. Children are welcome to use the pool from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm when accompanied by an adult.
What are the gym opening hours?
The gym is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Is there an age restriction for the gym?
Yes. For safety reasons, gym access is restricted to guests aged 14 and older.
Does the Alpine Spa offer personal training?
Yes. Guests can book personal training sessions tailored to their individual fitness goals.
Can non-hotel guests use the Alpine Spa?
Yes. The Alpine Spa welcomes both hotel guests and external guests, subject to availability and applicable treatment or spa bookings.
Can children use the steam room?

What facial treatments are available at the Alpine Spa?
Guests can choose from a selection of results-driven facial treatments, including Swiss Perfection and Margy's Monte Carlo. The treatments are designed to support hydration, firmness, radiance and overall skin health.
Does the Alpine Spa provide Hydrafacial MD?
Yes. The Alpine Spa offers the Deluxe Hydrafacial MD treatment as well as the Keravive Hydrafacial treatment.
Does the Alpine Spa offer massages?
Yes. The Alpine Spa offers a range of massage and bodywork treatments designed to ease tension, promote relaxation and support overall well-being, including traditional massage therapies and specialist wellness treatments.
Can I buy a spa gift voucher?
Yes. Guests can purchase gift vouchers for selected Alpine Spa experiences, including treatments and massages.
