We’re fortunate to operate hotels in some of the most spectacular settings around the world. And we want to take care of that little piece of paradise and the environment beyond it. That’s why our industry has a responsibility to seek new sustainable ways of working, particularly when choreographing events.

Where possible, we work with brands and suppliers that respect the ecosystems around us. We use biodegradable and environmentally friendly materials. We’ve stepped away from single use plastics. We recycle old soaps into new products. We grow our own fresh produce and source ingredients from local producers to keep our cuisine fresh, flavoursome, authentic and green. Sustainability is an intrinsic part of everything we do.
