In addition to its Kandilli location, Borsa Restaurant welcomes guests at Çırağan Palace Kempinski Istanbul with a carefully curated Ramadan menu that masterfully combines authentic flavours. The menu begins with traditional iftar starters, including Kayseri pastırma (Turkish cured beef), Akçaabat butter, Vakfıkebir pide bread and a selection of cheeses. Fresh, seasonal ingredients elevate the selection of olive oils and salad, offering a refreshing touch. The daily soup, served hot and fresh, remains an indispensable part of the iftar table. Among the hot appetisers, guests can enjoy Karadeniz Pidesi (traditional Turkish pide from the Black Sea region) prepared with Tonya string cheese, Borsa’s signature “Su böreği”, stuffed kale rolls with meat and dairy yogurt. The main courses feature three meticulously prepared specialities: “et döner kebab”, grilled Borsa-style meatballs and Konya style oven-roasted lamb tandır, served with classic Hünkâr Beğendi. Each dish is prepared with great care, staying true to traditional recipes. To conclude the meal, a delightful dessert selection awaits guests, including güllaç, baklava, şekerpare, kazandibi, baked rice pudding, ekmek kadayıfı, Borsa-style date and fig dessert and profiteroles.
