Curated by Sicilian consulting chef Giovanni Vaccaro, the menu brings together the finest seasonal produce with the authentic flavours of Italian cuisine, presented with contemporary finesse.

Bellini, one of the signature dining destinations within the historic Çırağan Palace, offers more than a traditional Italian restaurant experience. Guests are welcomed into a luxurious trattoria-style setting defined by high ceilings, elegant crystal chandeliers, expansive windows overlooking the Bosphorus, hand-painted decorative walls and blue-and-white themed seating areas. This sophisticated ambience transforms every dining occasion into a memorable experience. Spring-Inspired Italian Creations at Bellini

The spring menu opens with a vibrant selection of appetisers, including Bruschetta, a Burrata salad enriched with red fruits, and a Sicilian-inspired aubergine interpretation. The experience continues with an array of Italian classics, such as tuna, veal and octopus carpaccio, alongside the classic Caprese.

Fresh pasta, prepared daily in the palace’s dedicated pasta room, is served with a variety of carefully curated sauces. Signature dishes include seafood Girasole, Fagottini filled with ricotta and mushrooms, and truffle-infused Ravioli, each offering a contemporary interpretation of classic recipes. Lobster and Saffron Risotto and Shrimp Gnocchi are among the standout specialities.

The main course selection balances land and sea, featuring classics such as Beef Tagliata, Chicken Milanese and Lamb Chops, complemented by Grilled Sea Bass and Fritto Misto. Eggplant Parmigiano remains a highlight among the timeless favourites. Stone oven-baked focaccia and pizzas add a traditional touch, with options including Calzone, Seafood Pizza and the classic Margherita, all reflecting Italy’s convivial dining culture.

Desserts provide a refined conclusion to the experience, featuring the iconic Tiramisu, Panna Cotta with forest fruits and Sabayon paired with red berries. Cannoli, Pistachio Semifreddo, Blackberry Cake and a selection of ice cream complete the menu with a light and elegant finale.
