Boasting panoramic views of the historical heart of the city and the Maiden’s Tower, Bosphorus Grill offers one of Istanbul’s most distinctive waterfront dining experiences.

Renowned for its refined dining experience against Istanbul’s enchanting skyline from sunset onwards, Bosphorus Grill welcomes gastronomy enthusiasts to dine amid the shimmering lights of the Bosphorus. Inspired by the distinctive flavours of the Aegean and Mediterranean, the new seasonal menu showcases the region’s rich culinary heritage. Light starters, mezes and seafood sharing plates are paired with aromatic ingredients and seasonal vegetables, brought to life through the chefs’ modern interpretations. The main course selection ranges from the freshest seafood to expertly prepared meat dishes, offering something to suit every palate. To conclude the experience, the dessert menu presents traditional favourites reimagined with contemporary touches, alongside creations that celebrate the refreshing flavours of the season.

On Fridays and Saturdays, the Bosphorus Grill experience is further enhanced with live music performances, adding rhythm and ambience to the evening.
