Rüya Istanbul is Among the World's 25 Best New Hotel Restaurants

Istanbul, 18 September 2026 – Opened at Çırağan Palace Kempinski following its locations in Cannes and Dubai, Rüya Istanbul has been named among the world’s 25 new restaurants in ‘The 25 Best Hotel Restaurants in the World’, a selection by Travel + Leisure, one of the world’s leading travel publications, with a focus on new hotel restaurants.     

Marking Travel + Leisure’s first study dedicated to new hotel restaurants, the selection features 25 venues from 120 nominees across 17 countries. Interpreting Anatolia’s deep-rooted flavours through contemporary touches, Rüya Istanbul is the only restaurant from Türkiye      included in the selection.
