The first accommodation package features a romantic Valentine’s Day dinner prepared exclusively for 14 February at the award-winning Tuğra, where centuries-old flavours of traditional Ottoman and Turkish cuisine are served against the mesmerising backdrop of the Bosphorus. The romantic table setting is completed with red roses and chocolate treats. The second accommodation package features a shared Valentine’s Day set-menu dinner at the hotel’s new restaurant, Rüya Istanbul, where contemporary interpretations of Anatolian cuisine are served in an intimate, romantic setting. This Valentine’s Day, the restaurant elevates romance to its peak by combining the magnificent Bosphorus views with special surprises.

Featured for years on the Michelin Guide’s Recommended List, distinguished for excellence in service, and awarded three toques in the Outstanding Table category by Gault & Millau, Tuğra offers more than a dinner – it presents a holistic culinary journey designed to delight the senses. The menu flows seamlessly from seafood to meat dishes, with refined interpretations of traditional flavours.

The eight-course Valentine’s Day menu features delicacies such as Oyster, Beetroot Pavé, Scallop, Baklava, Sorbet, Black Sea Turbot, Lamb Shank and Chocolate with Grounds. Paired with the Bosphorus view, it creates a sophisticated and unforgettable romantic experience.

Located within the Palace and overlooking the Bosphorus, Bellini presents a special menu highlighting the elegant and classic flavours of Italian cuisine this Valentine’s Day. The evening begins with Pizzette di Melanzane and Caprese Crostini, followed by Shrimp Carpaccio, Tortellini, Turbot and Veal Tenderloin. The menu concludes with Lime Pavlova, which is served with exotic fruits, chocolate caviar and passion fruit sorbet.

A Romantic Interpretation of Anatolian Cuisine at Rüya Istanbul

Located within Çırağan Palace Kempinski Istanbul, the brand-new Rüya Istanbul brings Anatolia’s rich culinary heritage to life through a contemporary lens, building on its acclaimed presence in Cannes, Dubai, and Riyadh. On Valentine’s Day, the restaurant offers a refined menu prepared exclusively for the evening of 14 February. The menu features delicacies such as Simit with Caviar and Salmon served with Citrus Sauce, which together create a feast-like experience. Main courses include Slow-cooked Beef Ribs and Sea Bass complemented with pistachio, creating a dining experience that is a true culinary delight.

The finale, reserved for the sweetest moments of Valentine’s Day, is a romantic dessert of chocolate and forest fruits. This creation, prepared with white chocolate, mixed forest fruits, raspberry yoghurt sorbet and pomegranate gel, concludes the night with a memorable and delightful finish. A DJ performance accompanies the menu, completing the evening’s atmosphere alongside the Bosphorus view.
