Bellini’s New Menu Brings Italian Cuisine to the Elegance

Istanbul, 26 October 2026 – Bellini, the Italian restaurant at Çırağan Palace Kempinski Istanbul, welcomes the winter season with a new menu specially prepared by consultant chef Giovanni Vaccaro. Drawing on his more than 20 years of experience, the Sicilian chef brings the flavours of Italian cuisine to the restaurant’s elegant setting.

Located on the first floor of Çırağan Palace, Bellini offers a dining experience steeped in the history and character of Istanbul. The winter menu reflects Chef Vaccaro's experience and approach to Italian cuisine, bringing together classic recipes and seasonal ingredients.

From Italian Classics to Seasonal Highlights

The winter menu features a wide selection of starters, homemade pastas, risottos, main courses, and pizzas. Highlights among the starters include Beetroot-Marinated Sea Bass, Grilled Octopus served with roasted pumpkin and olives, Beef Carpaccio and Vitello Tonnato.

The homemade pasta selection includes Pumpkin and Gorgonzola Tortelloni, Veal Agnolotti and Lobster Spaghetti Alla Chitarra, while the risotto selection features Beetroot Risotto, Barolo Risotto, and Lobster and Saffron Risotto, all prepared using a variety of ingredients and classic Italian techniques.

Main courses include Black Sea Grilled Turbot, Baked Sea Bass, Chicken Milanese, Beef Tenderloin Tagliata and Grilled Lamb Fillet. Focaccia and pizzas designed for sharing offer further options, including focaccia prepared with beef, stracciatella and truffle, Seafood Pizza and Four Cheese Pizza. Guests can also pair freshly prepared homemade pasta in a variety of shapes with their choice of sauce.

The dessert menu brings together Italian favourites, from classic Tiramisu and Panna Cotta to traditional Sicilian Cannoli and Cassata. Torta Caprese, Blackberry Cake, and a selection of ice creams and sorbets round off the menu.
