A Striking Table, Exceptional Flavours

This lavish experience in the grand gardens of Çırağan Palace offers guests a choice of three distinct menus. Each menu, crafted with special recipes and selected ingredients, promises a refined al fresco dining experience.

The experience begins with elegant starters such as prawn cocktail reminiscent of the sea breeze, expertly smoked salmon, golden-fried risotto balls with mushrooms and French beans with forest fruits and tomatoes, all designed to awaken the palate. The feast continues with refreshing salads, fresh summer vegetables, local and international cheeses and a rich selection of charcuterie. Gourmet sandwiches, artisan breads and croissants from the Palace patisserie, along with an assortment of grissini, are complemented by snacks such as mini ‘paçanga’ pastries and mini beef burgers, all enjoyed against the mesmerising silhouette of the Bosphorus.

Expertly roasted eggs, classic Turkish ‘menemen’ and spicy sausages served with crispy baby potatoes bring joy to the taste buds. Mushroom and Roquefort quiche, colourful vegetable mini pizzas and slices of smoked turkey 'croque monsieur' toast are transformed into edible art through the delicate touch of Çırağan Palace’s culinary team.

The experience ends on a sweet note with homemade cookies, delightful cakes, tarts and pies, alongside baklava delicately prepared by the palace's master chefs. Turkish delights, pistachio ‘kadayıf’, walnut-stuffed figs and fresh seasonal fruit complete this indulgent finale and leave guests with unforgettable memories by the Bosphorus.
