Sicilian Chef Giovanni Vaccaro Introduces a New Menu at Bellini This October

Istanbul, 15 September 2026 – Bellini, the Italian restaurant at Çırağan Palace Kempinski Istanbul, continues to delight guests' palates with its renewed menu in October. Bellini's experienced Italian consultant chef, Giovanni Vaccaro, will be in Istanbul from October 13 to 16, 2026, to revamp the menu and put the final touches on the new offerings at Bellini.

Developed by Sicilian chef Vaccaro, the new menu combines the classic flavours of Italian cuisine with fresh seasonal ingredients and his contemporary interpretation. It features new culinary creations alongside Bellini’s beloved flavours, inviting gastronomy enthusiasts to discover the new selection as the autumn season arrives.
