His approach is rooted in holistic wellness, combining knowledge from Kaivalyadhama yoga training, applied psychology, meditation teaching and manual therapy with a strong emphasis on acupressure for emotional release.

Experience a holistic programme integrating Qigong practice, human anatomy and acupressure to assist in the management of chronic pain. Designed for practical application, these techniques can be easily incorporated into daily life beyond the retreat.
