A native of German, Bela Rieck started his cuisine career in 1992 as an apprentice. Bela joined Kempinsk since 2008 as executive souschef in Hotel Indonesia Kempinski Jakarta. In Kempinski Hotel Yinchuan, he will in charge of the whole kitchen including the Cafe Berlin, Pualaner Brauhaus, Zhong Chinese Restaurant, Lobby Lounge, La Grand Chai Wine Bar, and also the 780qsm Ballroom.
