The restaurant Lej da Staz looks forward to spoiling visitors in two different restaurants, as well as on two generously sized sun terraces newly created by Marco Zuffellato.
The two terraces appease the appetites of 70 hungry guests in the self-service section and 84 on the sunny terrace with service.
In the Restorant Lej da Staz, open daily in winter, Chef Matthias Rambow eagerly awaits tempting guests with his genuine Bündner Cuschina, whereby he focuses entirely on local and regional delicacies. With skill, he presents the abundance of Engadine richness and the very best of nature’s ingredients in the form of delicious down-to-earth dishes.
The charming Arvenstübli, which seats twelve and is also located on the ground floor, tenders additional palatable delights and a more secluded spot to while-away the hours. And to round up memorable dining, the upstairs Jägerstübli established way back in 1905, offers elevated first-class dining.
