Reside in the lap of luxury at one of the most beautiful grand hotels of our time
Stay in the most spacious rooms in town and feel at home in one of Germany’s most renowned luxury hotels. Experience royal ambience highlighted by the carefully selected furniture and individual decor of rooms that offer majestic views of Dresden’s magnificent historic city centre. The rooms feature modern forms in contrast to the 19th century Baroque architecture and display a synergy between tradition and new trends.
Hotel Taschenbergpalais Kempinski Dresden has eight different room and suite categories. All 182 elegant rooms and 32 luxurious suites are furnished with natural stones, red elm wood and royal blue fabrics. The attention to detail and emphasis on luxury in a distinguished manner are essential at the Taschenbergpalais.
On 1 July, an accommodation tax became effective in the Saxony capital of Dresden. Principally, all visitors to Dresden who spend the night in a hotel or similar accommodation are taxable.
The amount of the accommodation tax will be calculated in graduated form. We hope for your understanding that Hotel Taschenbergpalais Kempinski Dresden is obligated to charge
the accommodation tax.
Exempted from tax are guests who visit Dresden for professional reasons. For an exemption, guests have to submit the relevant, filled and signed ‘employer information’ form upon arrival at the hotel.
Please do not hesitate to contact Dresden’s tax and city treasury office to get more information or have a look at the PDF file,
