Reservations 

Please call Spa by Clarins or visit us for an assisted consultation or to book your next spa-indulgent treatment. Walk-in guests are welcome, subject to availability. All Spa by Clarins guests must be over 18 years. 

Your appointment 

Please arrive at least 30-minutes before your treatment to fully enjoy the facilities. We will ask you to complete and sign the mandatory consultation indemnity form upon arrival. Your Health If you have any health concerns, please refrain from using the sauna and steam rooms. If you are in any doubt, please consult with our spa professionals. 

Personal Items 

Every effort is made to ensure the safety of our guests’ personal belongings. Please be informed that Spa by Clarins accepts no responsibility or liability for any damage or loss through theft, fire, or other cause. 

Late Arrivals 

If you are late for your appointment, we will reduce your treatment time accordingly, and the full treatment price will apply. 

Cancellations 

Please advise us at least six hours in advance if you cannot keep your scheduled appointment. The total treatment cost is applicable if you fail to cancel your appointment. 

Spa by Clarins Etiquette

Spa by Clarins has a tranquil, serene ambience. Please respect our other guests and their rights to privacy and quiet by switching off your mobile phone during your visit. Smoking is not permitted throughout the spa. 

Pregnancy

Spa by Clarins offers a diverse range of treatments for expectant mothers. Your spa care professional will be happy to advise the most suitable treatment options during your pregnancy. Refreshments A diet-friendly menu includes various healthy food and beverage options, including seasonal fruits.

Spa by Clarins and Marsa Malaz Kempinski employs only the most outstanding and professionally accredited spa care professionals. Continued education is assured through regular training programmes.
