RESERVATIONS

To reserve your next Spa indulgence at your preferred time we request you to call Ishtar Spa by Resense in advance or come to see us for an assisted consultation.

All walk-in guests are welcome and the reservations are subject to availability.

All guests arriving at the Ishtar Spa must be above 16 years of age.

YOUR APPOINTMENT

Upon arrival to Ishtar Spa, you will be asked to sign a consultation indemnity form. We recommend that you arrive at the Spa reception at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time, to maximize your enjoyment of our renowned facilities.

Late Arrivals: Should you be late for your appointment, your treatment time will be reduced accordingly and the full treatment price will apply.

Cancellations: Should you be unable to keep your appointment, kindly advise us 3 hours in advance. Should you fail to cancel your appointment, a 100% fee is applicable.

YOUR HEALTH

Please advise us of any health conditions, allergies or injuries immediately.

If you suffer from any medical conditions, we suggest you refrain from using the sauna and steam rooms. If in doubt, please discuss with our spa professionals.

PERSONAL ITEMS

Although every effort is made to ensure the safety of our guests’ personal belongings, please be informed that the Ishtar Spa by Resense accepts no responsibility for any damage or loss by means of theft, fire or any other cause whatsoever.
