Enjoy themed buffets during the winter season with live entertainment every night at The Gallery Restaurant from 18:00 to 22:00. Terms and conditions apply depending on the restaurant's availability. Depending on the occupancy, the restaurant might offer a set menu instead.

MONDAYS ⬌ BUON GUSTO DALL’ ITALIA
Enjoy the best of Italian cuisine. Try tempting Italian specialties such as beef carpaccio, bruschetta, caprese salad, panzanella and minestrone soup prepared using authentic recipes. The main dishes include slow-cooked porchetta, veal scallopini, melanzane parmigiana and grilled sea bass. Don’t forget to taste home-made ravioli pasta with truffle sauce and sourdough pizza from the live station. Complete the culinary journey to Italy with irresistible desserts like classic tiramisù, panna cotta, lemon meringue and cannoli siciliana.

TUESDAYS ⬌ THE FINEST LEBANESE & MEDITERRANEAN CUISINES
This lavish buffet features traditional Lebanese and Mediterranean specialities such as muhammara (walnuts and bell peppers dip), stuffed vine leaves, fried kibbeh, tabbouleh, fattoush, beetroot moutabel, three different types of perfectly creamy humus, kebab, chicken tawook and lamb kharouf. The dinner offers a huge variety of original desserts such as znoud el set (honey and ricotta roll), hallawa el jaban (cream cheese and pistachio).

Savour a wide selection of authentic local Bulgarian specialties, including a variety of Bulgarian dips and salads, winter pickled vegetables, marinated fish, cold cuts and cheeses, whole suckling pig from the live station and Pirin salmon trout from the grill.
