Our Hot Stone Steak, served beachside at Windsong Beach Restaurant, is a meal like no other: freshly prepared and simply seasoned on a sizzling slab of piping hot rock, this live-cooking displays allows you to prepare your A-grade Black Angus steak to perfection. Paired with a quintessential Creole beetroot salad, this dish is packed full of island-flavour.
This dramatic dining experience also has the benefit of providing a fresh and healthy method of preparing your food. The high and dry heat of the hot stone sears in the natural juices. Extra oils and fats are unnecessary, providing a healthier alternative to many traditional cooking methods.
