we serve a big pot with a classic beef consommé in which we cook the best of local veal, beef, and salmon and sweet water prawns. Beside we serve seasonal a side salad, vegetables, baby potatoes, mushrooms, French fries, mixed pickles and various dips

Dessert
For a sweet ending, we serve Kaiserschmarrn with rum raisins and roasted plums!
